London City Island (LCI) is located on a 4.7-hectare brownfield site on a peninsula between the River Lea and the Thames which is close to Canning Town DLR station. The client is EcoWorld Ballymore and the development consists of 1700 housing units, retail, commercial spaces, English National Ballet and London Film School. Glenn Howells Architects are the Lead Designers whilst AALW are appointed to delivery the project.
